In need of full LED control MB (including case)

   I currently am using an expensive MSI motherboard and I am utterly disappointed with the BIOS. Forced cosmetic lights which only a few of them can be disabled via BIOS (the rest requires an always on Windows application).

No possiblity to disable Bluetooth / Wi-Fi capabilities either.

I am looking for a motherboard that allows me to have full LED control. I read up on ASRock's Good Night LED feature, but when I was browsing Z270 motherboards I could not find any of them mentioning this.

Can somebody please enlighten me about the LED control features on the Z270 line-up? I would like to be able to disable all lights fully, cosmetic, debug, indicator and case LED, from the BIOS.
