With all SATA ports used and GPU used, will both M.2 slots still operate in Pcie3 x4? Is there any priority between the two slots?

You took the time to write a stupid response, it's not even a answer to my question. I just need clarification, the manual doesn't specify this explicitly how the Pcie lanes are shared and the speeds once all drives are populated.

It's okay, you don't have to cry about it. If you don't know the answer just say you don't know.
