Hello,

another issue with my board.

In Bios when I click from one option to another sometimes it freezes for 30 seconds. I can move the mouse but can't click an option and the clock isn't ticking anymore.

Installed Memory:

Crucial 8GB DDR3L-1600 SODIMM

CT102464BF160B

"Normal" bug or hardware problem?

Thanks.

Dear MeTRiX,

Thank you for choosing ASRock.

Regarding your case, we provide some suggestion to try:

1.       Please load BIOS default to check if the system can work properly.

Please press Del during POST to get into BIOS, press F9 to load BIOS default, press F10 to save and exit BIOS.

2.       Please check your power supply is connected well, and all power cable is connected properly.

3.       Please only install one stick memory and without any HDD/SSD to check.

4.       If possible, please change another power supply to check if the system can work fine.

5.       Please try to reinstall your operating system to check.

Thank you!

Yours truly,

ASRock TSD

I have the same issue since the very first day. BIOS 1.40 doesn't fix it. Is it a case for RMA?
