beware bios 5.70 - fatality k4 ab350

   just posting this thread to help anyone who runs into the same issue because it was driving me crazy. something about AGESA 0.0.7.2/bios 5.70 really messed up my machine... it would still boot fine but fans were running crazy and i would get poor performance in games.

i was thankfully able to fix it by forcing a downgrade back to bios 5.40, even though you physically can't do it via usb instant flash.
