Guys, I've noticed that my R5 3600 with box cooler had 55 C deg from first run a week ago. After last update of Bios it goes up to even 71.
Is it already critical? In what range it should be?

Temperatures:
   Motherboard   46 °C
   CPU   66 °C
   CPU Diode   67 °C
   VRM   105 °C

Voltage Values:
   CPU Core   0.712 V
   CPU VID   1.100 V
   +3.3 V   3.360 V
   +5 V   5.088 V
   +12 V   12.250 V
   +5 V Standby   5.188 V
   CPU VDD   1.087 V
   CPU VDDNB   1.400 V
   GPU Core   0.681 V

Doing what? and what are you using to display the temps? 71C under heavy load with the stock Stealth cooler is very reasonable. If you want better temps, you will likely have to invest in an aftermarket cooler; it doesn't take much to improve over the Stealth, you don't need to get into liquid cooling or gigantic air coolers.

The 105C on the VRM's would worry me a lot more, if I believed it - which I'm not sure I do. What motherboard?

Low loading, 10-20% when using browser and watch movies. No any games or 3d apps etc. It is very strange as I remember that my i5-6500 was under 40 deg.

Concerning VRM - have no ideas, it is always 105-107 deg, I don't believe it as for week of using all plastic must be melted...

My mobo is Fatality x470 gaming itx/ac. Maybe this is my bios issue.

Thanks for any help

What program are you using to watch the temperatures? Try hwinfo64 if you aren't already. Some programs don't display Ryzen temps properly. 71C under low load if accurate is too high and would indicate a bad cooler mount or possibly a bad cooler.
