Boost and temp issues

   Hi all, i upgrade my system 4 days ago and i get this parts:

CPU: Ryzen 3600 3.6 base 4.2 turbo boost
Motherboard: AsRock b450m Pro4

And i get this issue:
CPU temps can reach perfectly 50ºC on idle and permanently on 4ghz 75 o 80 on load.
My Ryzen only reach 4ghz as turbo boost and is strange... cause i see people reaching 4.2.

How can solve this? i get the latest BIOS and the latest drivers

	This problem i think is cause the motherboard but is new... Im using ryzen balanced too.

	Temperatures looking fine. My 3900X + Taichi X570 idles at 60 Celsius and goes into 90 while boosting all core to 4 GHz. Single core it goes all the way to 4.25 - 4.35, never above that (they say it should reach 4.6, yeah, right).
