Your board has no problem, there is nothing to resolve.
The SX6000PNP is a PCIe Gen3x4 M.2 NVME drive and therefor it runs in the M2_1 slot.
M.2_2 slot only supports M.2 SATA3 SSDs on the 350 Pro4.

Dear CalamityJames,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

ASRock AB350 Pro4 offers two M.2 slot for M.2 devices:

- 1 x Ultra M.2 Socket (M2_1), supports M Key type 2242/2260/2280 M.2 PCI Express module up to Gen3 x4 (32 Gb/s) (with Summit Ridge, Raven Ridge and Pinnacle Ridge) or Gen3 x2 (16 Gb/s) (with A-Series APU, and Athlon 2xxGE series APU)
- 1 x M.2 Socket (M2_2), supports M Key type 2230/2242/2260/2280/22110 M.2 SATA3 6.0 Gb/s module
https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/AB350%20Pro4/#Specification

As your ADATA SX6000PNP SSD is a PCIe type SSD, so it is normal that it will not be recognized in M2_2 slot.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD
