Z270 k6 broken avx offset?

   In the bios it has a setting to add a negative offset for avx. But it seems to be totally broken and even down clocks in games when it should only activate the avx offset in avx workloads . It almost acts like it's an offset for when the CPU has any meaningful load on it which is not what it should be
