H61M-HG4: How to turn off USB ports in S5 state?

Hello, I have the following problem for a long time. Basically, I want to turn off USB ports in S5 state, shutting down my mouse and headset that stay on all night.

I tried several things:
- search in google (of course)
- read H61M-HG4 manual
- try to get in contact with ASROCK support, but the technician knew less than me

Several MOBOs had this issue, most was related to ErP (ASUS) option or Deep Sleep mode for others. None of those options can be found for my MOBO.

The ASROCK Support recommends Good Night LED option in South Bridge Configuration (did not work). I found the following [URL=https://www.asrock.com/support/faq.br.asp?id=444]link[/URL] , but as I said my MOBO does not have this option (probably different BIOS version, looking to the colours).

So my question is: It's impossible to achieve what I want? There is any option available in my MOBO? I need to update my MOBO?

PS: The final answer from ASROCK Support was: ""If the board does not respond to the setting , probably the board might have problems. The first settings I recommended are for turn your USB off.
