Hello there,
I have a B450M Pro4, a Ryzen 5600 CPU, and a Windows 11 system. I am trying to enable TPM 2.0 & Secure Boot. First I managed to do so by disabling CSM, Enabling TPM 2.0, Enabling Secure Boot, Clearing the keys/resetting to factory. But then Windows 11 won't boot. By checking with wmic commands, I could see Secure Boot was enabled but Windows wasn't owning "it"(or they keys? not sure how it works there). I couldn't make it work, no matter what I tried, setting the mode to Standard or Custom, clearing the keys, copying them to the Windows boot partition, Windows 11 still woudln't boot. Obviously I could just enable Secure Boot, and reinstall Windows from scratch, but.. That would be my very last resort honestly. I have a feeling my solution lies halfway between the proper BIOS settings/operation order and Windows 11 setup. Thanks |
