B450 Pro4 RAM never shows dual or sinlge channel

   Hello together, 

i have an issue with my RAM getting recognized properly. The UEFI just shows me the size of the RAM but not of it's single or dual channel. I use Mushkin DDR4 32Gb (2x16gb) 2800 Kit with the timings 17-17-17-38. I tried all slots with both one and two RAM iserted but never shows up if it's single or dual channel which the board usually should do. 

Win10 shows me sometimes 16 or 32 gb even if i don't change anything and cpu-z shows me the right number of RAM and capacity but keeps the channel field grey out. 

I already updated the frimware from 3.2 to 3.5 but still no changes. 

I have an ryzen 2700x installed. 

At this point i am really confused what cold be the issue. According to the Manual the basic setting for the RAM should be the A2 and B2 slot but as mentioned before i tried all configurations with always the same result. 

I hope someone had an idea. 

Also i always get the basic RAM setting even afrer i loaded up the XML profile.
