I just built my first pc about two weeks ago. It has been working fine ever since we built it but today I saw the motherboard was blinking red which it normally doesn't do. I tried turning on the pc and it didn't work. I took out the ram and put it back in, made sure all the cables were connected, and didn't see anything that was wrong with it. I saw that somebody else had posted these same issues but their pc had not been previously working. Also, they never came to a conclusion and he never said how it got fixed or if it didn't. I do have Asia horse cable extenders but I don't think that's the issue.

Dear Dom22,
Thank you for posting! Regarding your query, do you mean that the status checker LED is on? If yes, those LEDs are used to troubleshoot if the system does not boot. If the system boots properly, kindly ignore the status checker LED. With thanks, ASRock TSD Edited by ASRock_TSD - 16 Dec 2020 at 4:31pm |
