how to disable AVX?

   Hi guys! Im a new owner of the Fatal1ty Z370 Gaming-ITXac. First Asrock motherboard I've ever own. Loving the board so far. Anyway, Is there a way to disable AVX? in the bios it only allows me to set it in auto and 1-30ish input. Thanks

Edit: When i set to auto, whenever i play games my cpu clock switch between 4.6 - 5ghz. I want to play steady at 5ghz.
