Boot menu missing on B450M-HDV 4.0

   Hello
When I boot my PC, I don't have the "AsRock" menu anymore, with the boot options.
So I can't access the bios/uefi, cause if if I press F2 or Del without the menu, it freezes with a black screen.
I have made clear cmos, but still nothing.
But my PC works well, except the bios !
I didn't flash anything, and have a Ryzen 5 2600x with Win10 v1903 x64
Can you help me, please ?
