I can't overclock this kit of RAM, Set XMP ect

   I own an Asrock Z170 Extreme4 motherboard.  
I am trying to Overclock my kit of Avexir Core Series 1x8 2133Mhz kit. The exact model number is this  AVD4UZ121331508G  
Despite it only being a 2133Mhz kit, I can't seem to figure out why I do not have the ability to OC it in the slightest. I have a second kit of Corsair Vengeance 1x8 2400Mhz CL16 that I can overclocking though not the Avexir kit. Despite resetting BIOs ect.
