How much Package Power max with Z370 Extreme 4

   So im overclocking my 8700K in an Z370 extreme 4.
Full Load the Package Power is 200Watt@5,1Ghz @1,38V.  Is this an acceptable Power consumption? 

Or can i expect somthing to blow if i let this run for an hour? My CPU is watercooled well to 80°, my PSU is good, but the Mobo is worrying me.
