Hi all!
After much testing i came to conclusion that with latest bios 1.30 cpu is focusing on vid voltage instead of cpu vcore... let's begin - in bios i disabled all c states, mce and all intel speedshift, eist, turbo...stuff, set fixed voltage for example 1.28v all cores to 4.5 just for testing... after reboot bios shows fixed voltage of 1.28v but in windows proggys like intel extreme tuning and aida extreme show that when benching cpu, they show that only cpu vid change and it spikes from 1.3v to over 1.4v and i get a lot of thermal throttling even though my vcore is 1.28v----there is something muddy here intel xtr tuning shows that i have adaptive vcore and adaptive uncore-cach voltage!? i put new thermal paste and my colling is corsair h115i so why is bios so focused on vid core and and not vcore?? why cant i set proper fixed and not adaptive voltage?

nevermind.... i figurred it out...
anotheer problem is that i cant put avx to zero, it always defaults to x4, minimum is 1... i can only set it to zero/disable it if i use asrocks preoptimized overclocking settings but that option gives mee too high temps...
