Hi friends
Just got a pcie wifi card (tplink tx3000) and it does not get detected whichever pcie slot it's inserted in this old motherboard.(Z87extreme4) The wierd thing is at least it gets detected in the bios system browser if the graphics card (gtx1060) is removed. Even so only the bluetooth works. Windows 10 shows the device cannot start for the wifi part. I've tried all the bios versions and swapping slots. Hoping it's not a card issue but unfortunately I do not have any other motherboard to test it on. Has anyone successfully used a pcie wifi card on similar old motherboard? Thanks a lot for any advice. ![]() |
