I'm running an asrock c2750d4i motherboard with FreeNAS 11 installed as my OS. Up till now, my IPMI has been accessible on the port connected to my Verizon FIOS router. Let's say its on 192.168.1.100. The other port has been connected to my TP-Link Deco router and has been assigned an IP address of 192.168.68.100. So there hasn't been any issue between accessing my FreeNAS Web Console or the ASRock Dashboard since they are on different subnets. The ethernet port using IPMI is a static IP address. The other port is set to use DHCP.
I'm trying to move all devices to my Verizon router that are not on wifi. So I moved the connection on the second ethernet port to my Verizon router. When I open up the Verizon Router console, it shows two connections from the server. 192.168.1.100 is static and it assigns 192.168.1.156 to the other port. So now when I type 192.168.1.156 in the browser, it opens the IPMI console instead of the FreeNAS Web Console. How can I make one port only listen to the IPMI and the other port use regular network traffic? |
