m using Corsar Vengeance LPX 2x8gb DDR4 DRAM 3200mhz and the asrock b365m pro4 motherboard. When i plug my monitor into either the gpu or motherboard, it doesnt pick up the signal. I figured that it was caused by the ram. The online manual and even forums said a2 and b2, i installked it in those slots and the monitor does not pick up video. This is my first ever build. The pc turns on btw, i just dont get video signal from any port.

Dear Sukiukii,
Thanks for posting. Regarding your question, please try to install only one RAM to different slots to see if it will work. If it does not work, please check if the CPU has the mark of F at the end of the model name. e.g. 9500F Such CPU with the model name of F means that it does not have built-in graphics. Kindly install a graphics card to the system. With thanks, ASRock TSD |
