AsRock Z170 PRO4S Not Showing #4 PCIe settings

No Doubt! Thanks, I have 4 cards detected thus far.

Thus far I have 4- MSI Armor OC 4 Gig  RX 580's up and running. PCIe slot #1 seems to be not working at this point. I am now going to tweak bios settings for PCIe slots. going to try and find the sweet spots for GEN1, GEN2, GEN3, and TOLUD sizes etc.
 for anyone watching this, my hardware is:
