I have an A320m-HD and a few days ago I went to test a pci-e network card, after removing the offboard lan card the motherboard no longer recognizes the onboard network card, I looked in the bios and I can't find any option where to enable or disable onboard lan.
Can anyone tell me where is the option to enable and disable onboard lan? |

Dear Kalpiter,
Thank you for the posting. I would like to provide some suggestions for you to verify the system. 1. Clear CMOS by referring to user manual page. 25. User manual: https://download.asrock.com/Manual/A320M-HD.pdf 2. Keep BIOS setting default and only install CPU, PSU, Cooler, RAM, Graphic card, System disk to try. 3. Shutdown the system and remove the 24 pin ATX power connector to make the system being into G3 state for 10minutes. 4. Download the LAN driver from below link and install it to test. Realtek Lan driver ver:10035_05212019: https://download.asrock.com/Drivers/All/LAN/Realtek_LAN(v10035_05212019).zip For further assistance, you can use our support form to contact us. https://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp Thank you, Best wishes, ASRock TSD |
