B85M Pro4 USB 2.0 ports error

   B85M Pro4 after Internet Flash to ME FM version is 9.0.30.1482 repeatedly disconnected/connected USB 2.0 ports.
I can't connect any usb 2.0 or card reader in any usb 2.0 ports. These ports only accept mouse/keyboard.
There are 2 usb 3.0 ports which are ok to connect ssd or external HDD using usb 3.0 method. 
Many solution methods in any forums is useless.
Can i flash older bios to this motherboard? This is the only way to fix this problems. But unfortunately it need to use usb drive 3.0 formatting FAT32 to be used in Instant Flash.
Can anyone fix this problems before?

	Just flash back to older BiOS -> useless...
