Z370 Taichi High Idle Voltage 1.360V

   I am using the Z370 Taichi and 8700K combo.   The board and cpu perform ok, OC'd to 4.8 ghz, temp around 71 and Voltage around 1.280  under full load.  Bios settings:   LLC level 3, offset -60 mv.   with these settings, the CPU idles around 1.360 to 1.374 V, which is a bit concerning.  Can someone please provide some guidance on how to lower the idle voltage. Thank you very much.
