asrock x99 Extreme 3 motherboard no longer start

Hello everyone, I have a PC with motherboard asrock x99 Extreme 3, CPU i7 5820, VGA MSI GTX 980 and 16 GB RAM in two banks ddr4.
Tonight I turn the PC on and off and restart after a few seconds 3 times. Then he went off without starting again.
Now when I turn on the monitor you can not see anything, the motherboard has a red LED on and the system does not boot.
I tried using the jumper for the backup BIOS or to delete the CMOS but nothing. I also tried to swap the RAM banks and nothing.
What may have happened? The red LED is the one above the BIOS a.
So far it has worked well for about 2 and a half years.
