I have a AsRock B250M Pro 4 with one M.2 and three SATA Hard Drives. The M.2 is for Windows. With the other Hard Drives I wanted to create a Raid 0 virtual Disk.
When I change the SATA Mode to "Intel RST with Intel Optane System Accelaration" I can go to the Intel RST Configuration in the Bios. The Disks are listed as Non-Raid Physical Disks, but I cant Create a New Raid. Then I wanted to use the Intel Rapid Storage RAID Controller when booting the system and pressing ctrl + I, but I cant get the bios to show the system initialisation. Any Ideas what I can do? I tried so many different combiantions of Bios settings and have no idea what to do. Thanks for the help! |

Dear Maxiboe,
Thank you for posting your query, the RST setting in the BIOS is mainly used for Optane memory. Intel B250 Chipset does not support RAID configuration. With thanks, ASRock TSD Edited by ASRock_TSD - 09 Apr 2020 at 3:31pm |
