Motherboard A320M-HDV R4.0 Restore on AC/Power loss not working, when i select "Always on". If I unplug the power supply, the PC will not turn on, when it was shutdowned in Win10. Although this item is set correctly in Bios. Firmware: 7.10 (currently the latest version). Fast startup is unchecked in Win10. Suprisingly it works, when I plug in an USB-HDD after the PC ist shutdowned. When I unplug the power supply, the PC will turn on then. Deepsleep is disabled in Bios Any ideas anybody? |

Dear k3k,
Thank you for the posting. Today we tool the A320M-HDV and BIOS P7.10 to test, but didn't reproduce the issue. After setting the "Restore On AC Power Loss" to "Power On" and turning off the PSU switch, the system can be powered on properly when we turn on the PSU switch. For this case, please follow below steps to verify. 1. Press "F9" under BIOS setup to loading BIOS setting default. 2. Only adjust the "Restore On AC Power Loss" to "Power On". 3. Press "F10" to save the setting and restart system. 4. Turn off the PSU switch for 10 second. 5. Turn on the PSU switch and check if the system can be powered on automatically. Thank you, Best wishes, ASRock TSD Edited by ASRock_TSD - 29 Mar 2022 at 6:10pm |
