I just assembled my PC (Z390 PRO4 with i5-8400 and MSI GTX 1060 6GB), and it worked fine installing W10 and booting it.
But after driver updates and BIOS updates, the system is stuck at boot with 5 beeps.
5 beeps can point to GPU problem, so removed the GFX card (using i5 onboard GFX), and the system boots fine to BIOS/UEFI (but not WIndows, shows cursor only; may be GFX driver issue).
I see BIOS/UEFI v1.60, so latest.
When I re-insert GFX card, again get 5 beeps and no video at all.
Tried CMOS clear, CMOS batter removal, no effect.
Help!
Any more options to try?

Dear EdwinZ,

Thank you for choosing ASRock.

Regarding your case, we have tested at our lab, with BIOS P1.60 default setting, GTX 1060 works fine with Z390 Pro4.

Please connect the GTX 1060 to another PCIE slot to try.
If still does not work, please connect your GTX 1060 to another PC to check.

Thank you!
Yours truly,
ASRock TSD

Hi guys, thanks for checking.
I tried the other slot as well, but no success.
Now also tried my video card in other MB and it works...
Also tried different (low end) CTX in MB and also works..
Now I'm puzzled. Will try to rebuild complete system once more, but then will swap MB, as I also have problems getting the integrated network card recognized by Windows 10. Tried all drivers, but stuck on error code 10,can't enable device... Any help there?

I meant (Nvidia) GTX, not CTX
