unable to boot windows 10 on Z270 Extreme 4

   Hi at all, 

i'm an owner of: 

Mobo: Asrock Z270 Extreme 4
CPU: Intel BX80677I77700 Intel Core i7 7700, Quad Core, 8 Thread, 3.6GHz, 4.2GHz Turbo, 8 MB Cache, 1150MHz GPU, 65W
PSU: Corsair TX850M Alimentatore PC, Semi Modulare, 80 Plus Gold, 850 W
RAM: Corsair 16 GB DDR4, 2400 MHz
HDD: Seagate 500 GB

I've prepared a bootable usb by rufus, gpt and uefi partitioned. The UEFI of z270 has been modified as follows:

sata mode selection: AHCI
Fast boot: disabled
CSM: enabled
Launch PXE OpROM Policy: UEFI only
Launch Storage OpROM Policy: uefi only
Launch Video OpROM Policy: UEFI ONLY

When the machine is booting i press F11, select UEFI WINDOWS 10 Installer USB, format the hdd and install windows.

When the machine reboot I'm not able to boot in windows, after logo show i face every time a black screen with the symbol _ in thw middle of the screen. Is there something I'm messing with? I've downloaded several versions of Windows 10 by Media Tool Creator without any success..
