Installed new Patriot SSD M.2 Scorch NVMe 512GB
Performance is about 50% less then should be. Tried on different motherboard (Z170A chipset and no ASRock vendor) and used AS SSD Benchmark. Everything was fine. I think that this motherboard have some problems with this SSD drive (tried even deafult BIOS settings) Here is my result on H370 Performance https://drive.google.com/file/d/19YM5reeS8Gs6NIR2ztyQrIyQe7zxsEyW/view?usp=sharing and here from MSI Z170A https://drive.google.com/file/d/1nwxynQexbZ6jR41C3e2R6-PhqHj-lD6t/view?usp=sharing

Hi. I see that no tech support reading this forum. So sad. No one answered on filled form from their website. Even facebook fan page is weird.
Bought another one SSD M.2 Samsung SM961 - this drive has full performance on default BIOS setting, Patriot Scorch M.2 512GB just half of speed as should be. As mentioned above on other motherboard MSI vendor Patriot running fine with maximum speed with simmilar settings. When u will fix it (I have a hope) can u update Intel Management Engine (ME) Firmware to version 12.0.20.1303 |
