My computer has been running fine for a year. There have been a few times it has frozen but I chalked that up to over-exertion. I built the OC last February (2021) and haven?™t had any major issues. It?™s been a daily use computer and I use it for video editing mostly.
So I wake up this morning and the screen is as I left it, just on the main wallpaper but I try to move the mouse and nothing happens. Generally this has meant I?™m too lazy to have charged my mouse so after I see the light is on the mouse I always default to hitting the windows key before trying anything else. Nothing happened so everything is frozen. No keyboard or mouse means I have to do a hard shut down. I press the power key and hold it down and nothing happens. The computer is still running, fans spinning but the power button is no longer working. I flip the switch on the PSU and it shuts down. Turn it back on (the power button works only to turn the PC on) and it fires up but still no picture. I try my laptop on the monitor and the monitor works fine. The PC is connected via DisplayPort as this is the only option for the graphics card while the laptop is via HDMI. It?™s a mini DisplayPort adapter going into a full size female to female. I?™ve ordered a new mini to full size that I will have later today but I don?™t think that is the issue. I removed the CMOS battery and replaced it with a brand new one and still nothing. I?™ve removed the graphics card and all of the RAM and re-seated it. Still nothing. I have TeamViewer installed which allows me to access the computer remotely as soon as it boots. I don?™t have to login in order for it to be accessible and after leaving the computer running for far longer than it?™s ever taken to boot, it never shows up in TeamViewer so I don?™t think it shooting at all. Every solution I?™m finding online is to go to BIOS but that isn?™t really helpful if I can?™t access anything. I have noticed that the little LCD numbers on the mobo are not l it up but I honestly can?™t remember if they ever were. When I flick the power on, I get a flash of white light coming from below the graphics card and some slight red lights near the HDD connection ports. Update. Fan also not spinning on PSY. Does this mean dead PSU? What is the smallest PSU I can use for this setup?

Ignore my fan update. It is spinning when I press the hybrid button and I?™ve googled seeing that it doesn?™t have to always spin
