My board B450 Gaming-ITX/ac connect to TV via HDMI, but video signal keep lost. No screen output. But when I connect the same device to other PC it worked fine win10. CPU is 2400G and chipset driver is 18.10.

Dear Faolan,
Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. According to your question, we provide some suggestions to verify: 1. Please refer to user manual page.30 to clear CMOS. http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Manual/Fatal1ty%20B450%20Gaming-ITXac.pdf 3. Uninstall the graphics driver from Control Panel>Program or Device Manager, using Windows 10 inbox driver to verify. 4. Reinstall AMD all in 1 with VGA driver. http://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/Fatal1ty%20B450%20Gaming-ITXac/index.asp#Download 5. Connect to other HDMI monitors to verify. Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |
