Something weird with Taichi Ultimate Z390

   My computer is being assembled at a local computer store and the guy calls me today and says it won't post with my 9900K. Claims he needs an 8700K (which he does not have) to boot it and update BIOS to one that supports my chip. However, I spoke to Asrock and it supports this out of the box. Says it needs BIOS 1.2 but that was the release BIOS. So what could this guy be doing wrong??? Wish I would have just assembled this myself.
