Z370M Pro4 - Random hard freeze with loopin

   This happens with one of my office computers that I recently built. The components are as follows:

ASRock Z370M Pro4 board
I5-8400 CPU running and stock speed
32GB G.SKILL TridentZ 2 (x 16GB) DDR4 3200 running at 2666 (spec for i4-8400)
Samsung 512gb 960Evo M2 NVME SSD
SAMSUNG 960 EVO M.2 500GB NVMe SSD
PNY nVidia Quadro P600

Once in a while I get a random hard freeze. No blue screen, no error, the display just freezes, and sound loops (if there was any sound playing, otherwise its just a silent freeze). It happens completely random, can be after an hour or after two weeks of activity. Most often it happens when switching/opening new tabs in Chrome, but a couple of times it happened in other apps as well, but it absolutely always happens after a mouse click. It has never happened during and idle/movie play/stress test, etc. Always a click, and everything just freezes.

I've ran memtest 86, no problems were detected with memory. I've ran Aida 64 full stress test for hours, and it passes with no issues. I even tried running one memory module at a time, but I still got these random freezes.

I'm thinking it must be the motherboard. There is one more weird quirk about this motherboard. It is a Micro-ATX motherboard that has only four PCI-E slots - two 4x and two 16x. I had installed a PCI-E WiFi adapter into this computer, and it was detected, driver was installed and it seemed to work fine, except it wouldn't see any WiFi networks. I almost wen't nuts reinstalling drivers and messing with config, but then I just relocated it into another PCI-E slot and it started working properly right away, and detected all the available WiFi networks. Not sure if its a bad PCE-E slot or maybe just something isn't configured right.

Could also be the video card, but usually Quadro cards go through a very high quality control, so I doubt it very much. It is in a slim case, and I don't have another low profile video card to swap with. I tried to test it with the built in Intel graphics, but it only has HDMI output which drives my 4k screen at 30hz, and my eyes start to hurt after several minutes, so I can't use it for a long time to see whether it will freeze or not.
