Dear linvaten,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

Referring to your question, please verify the suggestions below:

1. Please install the AMD all in 1 with VGA driver ver:19.10.16_19H1_WHQL driver from the link below:
http://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/B450M-HDV%20R4.0/index.asp#Download
2. Please load BIOS default by pressing [F9] button and then [F10] button.
3. Please remove all of the devices from the motherboard and only install CPU, one stick memory module and system disk to check again.
4. Please clean install the Windows 10 operating system.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD

I am also having this issue. Over 1 year the system ran fine and then one day it randomly restarts or goes to a black screen. The system lights stay on but it's just unresponsive. I replaced all components one at a time (clean install Windows 10 SSD, GPU, memory, PSU, ect) and the motherboard still has the same problem. I RMA'ed and got a new board same model (AB350 Fatality) and it still has the same problem. I updated all drivers and Bios to 5.80 - nothing is working and this seems to be a rampant problem with these boards. The only fix I found online is to just get a different brand of motherboard, please help.
