Hi all,
I am having difficulty with my PC. I have windows 10 installed, ASRock Z170M Pro4S MoBo, Pentium G4400, 256gb SSD drive, Geforce 750Ti, and 16gb ram. Issue is my mobo wont read any of my USB ports during boot (i tried all 8 ports), so i cleared the CMOS as instructed here- http://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=630&title=how-to-clear-cmos-via-battery-removal . It still wont read my usb devices, most importantly my keyboard (i confirmed the keyboard is working on other computers). So when I turn it on, on the main ASRock screen I can't press anything, then after a minute it takes me to the "CMOS Date/Time Not Set, Press F2 or DEL to Run Setup, Press F1 to Continue". Is there anyway to get the USB ports functioning properly again or is this MoBo dead? :( Thanks for any help.
