No POST/UEFI before Windows Boots A320M-HDV R4.0

   I recently got this pre-built system off of Newegg:

It boots to Windows 10 and runs fine there but I don't get any POST/UEFI menu before, just blank screen. Fast Boot is off in Windows. If I use the restart to UEFI utility, it restarts to a blank screen that is completely unresponsive.

According to CPUZ the bios version is P2.30.

It's very concerning because it seems if I need to repair or reinstall windows I would not have any way to do so with no access to a boot menu.
