noob question on memory setup

   I have 3200mhz rated memory - CMK16GX4m2b3200c16. 

I have a Ryzen 2700x in an ASRock x470 Taichi motherboard. 

I have the lates ( 3.50 ) Bios. 

The system does not automatically setup / detect the 3200mhz speed. 

If I go into the bios and just say that the memory is 3200mhz.. the system does not boot. 

What do you have to do to get the motherboard to use the memory at it's rated speed?
