H81M-VG4 R3.0 Bugs

   Hello.

i just bought this motherboard and flashed it to the new 1.30 bios. my setup is in signature.

I encountered a couple of bugs that i would like to investigate more.

When i enable Power saving feature in the bios my system freezes and crashes randomly in any situation.. when doing nothing.. or browsing youtube. or playing games..

also the board doesnt seem to be able to control DC Mode style fans?? no matter what setting i choose they stay at max RPM?

What is causing this?

	System spec: Asrock H81M-VG4 R3.0 Intel i5 4670S Kingston HyperX Fury 8 GB Ram Sapphire RX 580 8 GB Pulse OC Thermaltake RGB 600w PSU WD Green 120 GB SSD + 320 WD HDD
