X470 Master SLI/ac , nvme drive at half speed

   I installed my new nvme drive into the M2_1 slot on my motherboard, but it only gets 1/2 the rated speed which makes me thing the slot is running at x2 instead of x4.  Is there a switch for this in the BIOS?
