    Posted: 09 Apr 2020 at 10:57pm
Hello,

I have a Asrock AB350 pro4 with Ryzen 3950x, Windows 10 system.

Currently I have 32GB RAM working stable.
I'd like to increase or replace it to 64GB or more if possible.

I checked the compatibility list of RAM in the Asrock support section but I feel overwhelmed by it.

Can anyone give me some recommendation please?

Thanks!
Guido.

look for 16GB kits that say 2/4 under "Dimm Socket Support" .. then go with the fastest speed that officially supports 4 x 16GB sticks (looks like some Kingston towards the bottom of the list @ 2400mhz ..

Make sure you have the latest BIOS installed as well.

Just because RAM isn't listed on the QVL ..doesn't mean it won't work though. I have 3 Ryzen setups and none of the run QVL stuff .. all have latest BIOS's though...

Thanks.
There are 3 lists: Pinnacle ridge, summit ridge, and raven ridge. But isn't the 3950x Matisse ridge?

3000 series are Matisse (except for "G" APU's) .. each iteration has a more robust memory controller .. what didn't run at rated speeds on a 2700x runs at rated speeds on a 3700x ..etc .. so if it is on the QVL for "older" chips.. it will work for your CPU
