Hello, today I tried to build my PC, I connected everything how it should be but when I click the power button, the fans start spinning but nothing comes up on my display, the fans keep running for another 10 seconds and then the PC turns off, and 3 seconds later, it turns back on with once again... no display. If someone can help me out with why my PC is booting to windows like it should.

I transferred my HDD (Seagate 1TB) from my old pc to the new one, with all the data in it.
I am also using my Power Supply (EVGA 500W) from my old PC.
The new parts I purchased are...
AMD Ryzen 5 2600X CPU
G.Skill Ripjaws V 2x8 DDR4 3200MhZ RAM
I also don?™t have my 1060 to use on this build (it?™s still being shipped) so I tested to see if it would boot to windows with my old EVGA GTX 950 SC, but it still didn?™t work.

I tried replacing my SATA Cable and even moved the Ram sticks around.

My Twitter is @Zekks_
