X470 Taichi Ultimate BIOS update

   Good evening to all. This is my first time to the forum.
I'm currently using a X470 Taichi Ultimate combined with a Ryzen CPU 2700x and 2x8GB 3200C14 RAM from GSkill Trident Z. 

My motherboard, since the time I bought it, is with BIOS version 1.20, so its outdated a lot. Now that I have more free time due to covid-19 situation, I was hoping to experiment myself with my system.

Before that, I believe it would be better if I do a bios update on my motherboard. So I would appreciate to advice which version should I choose. Maybe 3.40? And if so, going from 1.20 to 3.40 or newer, should include any other intermediate steps???

Two issues that I have seen up to now, is the high voltage of my cpu on idle condition, about 1.32V, causing higher temps and some issues with RAM's RGB software. After searching, everyone suggests to update my bios, hoping to solve these issues.

In any case I would appreciate your assistance.

	First Update Bios 2.00 AMD AGESA to 1.0.0.6 I would stay there with a Ryzen 2700

	I'd update to 3.30 (at least) once you successfully update to P2.00
