Forgotten bios password x370 killer sli/ac

   My pc sat around in a storage unit for awhile until my parents recently got it out and gave it back to me. I wanted to do something in the bios, and then i realized i set a password for the bios and it has been so long since i have accessed it that I completely forgot the password and after trying several times to try to get in, i gave up on guessing. Anyways, i know i can get into it by resetting the cmos battery but then it will reset all my settings and preferences. is there any master password or any way i can access the bios without having to clear all of the data in it. thanks.
