B450 Pro4 Ethernet Port Issue

   Just purchased this motherboard last week and the Ethernet port isn't working.

Ethernet is not registering with the motherboard:
- No Driver on device manager (besides WAN Miniport)
- Driver error when installing (The Realtek Network Controller was not found. If Deep Sleep Mode is enabled Please Plug the Cable.)
- No green or orange lighting on the back of the motherboard when Ethernet is plugged in (Router light is flashing orange).

What I tried:
Reinstalling driver
3 different Ethernet cords
Looking in bios for deep sleep or anything disabled and couldn't find anything

Any ideas?

	Reset BIOS to defaults and see if it "automagically" comes to life .. if not, I'd exchange the board for another one. should be activity at least when you initially boot up
