B550 Phantom ITX/ax CPU Fan Speed

   I just upgraded my system from an ab350 itx to a B550 Phantom Gaming ITX/ax. My issue is that the new motherboard can't seem to detect or control my CPU fan speed. Doesn't seem to matter what fan header it's plugged into or what fan settings I change in BIOS. This, of course is resulting in the CPU temps get pretty warm while doing anything even moderately intensive.

I'm on BIOS 1.8, and the fan is a Noctua NF-A9x14 PWM.
