Don't know why not posting fans and lights working

   I don't know what to do, after about 20 hours of trying to get my pc to work I have basically given up. I'm 70% sure the problem is with my motherboard, since when I took out all my ram the motherboard speaker included in the box wasn't beeping. I've been trying to troubleshoot this thing blind, not a great first time building experience  .
Just recently got all my parts for my build because of christmas, ordered the motherboard around Nov 2. When I opened box recently to start build found that a lot of the pins on the bottom side of the board where bent (don't know if that has anything to do with not posting). I've tried all the troubleshooting steps recommended by Asrock, cleared cmos, breadboarded and stuff. Hdmi still showed no signal every time I powered it up, the cpu fans, chassis fans and lights were working. Was so excited to use this PC since I was working with garbo mac from 2012. Any help would be deeply appreciated.

Mobo: Asrock B450m Pro4
Ram: Astra Gear 3200mhz (2x8gb) U-Dimm
Psu: Ares Gear 500w (AGV 500)
SSD: Silicon power 128gb
Case: diypc MA08-BK
Bios: P4.3
