i'm having problems with leds on my x470 master sli. is there a way to reset? i tried unsistalling polychrome and reset bios to default but it didn't work

it seems that the first 3 leds on aRGB header doesn't work at all...and the first one works if, on the software, i enable PCH heatsink.

so everything is in chaos

i already tried mwith more than one device and they all have the same problem.
if this is not the place to find help for a problme like the one i have, please tell me where i have to ask

Polychrome = bad

Boards that use polychrome = bad

Things that work correctly with polychrome = none that I've heard of

I found a solution for my problem. this seem to reset polychrome
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\ASRock Utility\ASRRGBLED\Bin
Launch WriteFW.bat
Wait
It worked for me but i know that for someone it doesn't work because Erasing stops before finishing.
