I plugged my Microphone into front panel from case, but nothing audio output, back panel works fine. This is the new X570 Steel Legend board and clean win10, so I do not think it is faulty device.

Dear Orphean,
Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. According to your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying: 1. Please enter BIOS setup and load BIOS default setting via [F9] key. 2. Uninstall the Realtek High definition Audio driver from Control Panel > Program and restart the system. Reinstall the following Audio driver. http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Drivers/All/Audio/Realtek_Audio(v8750.1_UAD_WHQL_RTK).zip 3. If possible, please use another microphone or front audio panel to verify. Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |
