x570 Taichi Chipset fan loud grinding noise

   I was in the middle of streaming, and I suddenly heard a loud grinding noise from my PC. I kept it on long enough to record this video (https://youtu.be/V_nmFwy9h40), and then shut it down.

I only got the board in late march, though it has been running most of that time because I keep my PC running. 

Any tips on how to free up the fan? Will it need an RMA? 

Between this, the RGB having tons of issues and limitations, and no ability to change the post screen, I'm really regretting buying this instead of the x570 master....
